Remote Work Job Fair Social

Over the summer our team has explored the challenges and opportunities of flexible/remote work. We’ve spoken with 50+ organizations and individuals and learned that hiring remote and distributed teams takes a tremendous amount of logistics and coordination. In an effort to help better connect Remote Employers to the diverse offering of communities and individuals throughout the state, Energize Colorado is hosting a Remote Work Job Fair.

On January 13th from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Energize Colorado will be spotlighting 3 amazing remote employers hiring in Colorado. During this call each company will be informing the audience (Community Champions and Economic Developers) about their company, the work they do, the jobs they have available, and the types of employees they’re looking to hire.

Energize Colorado’s job is to bring ~100 quality jobs to rural Colorado communities. Your job is to join the conversation and to help bring these jobs to your communities.

In 2008, Rajat Bhargava (CEO) and Larry Middle (CFO) built a network security company called StillSecure, and through that venture, they learned about Microsoft Active Directory’s stronghold on the market. They spoke with IT teams and learned that there were no viable alternatives to AD. They revisited the concept in 2012: Companies still struggled to manage user access for Linux servers in AWS. Rajat and Larry began to gather feedback that a viable AD alternative should manage not only access to cloud infrastructure but also Mac and Windows machines and on-premises infrastructure.
